Good and informative.
I thought it gave lots of different options of techniques that could be used if people were feeling the effects of stress/anxiety etc. They were explained simply. I like the breathing symbol which encouraged you to use deep breathing at that rate. It also encouraged anyone who was experiencing problems to ask for help, emphasising that it is not a sign of weakness but of strength, and never to face problems alone. It covered lots in a short presentation.

Brilliant course
This course has given me awareness of mental heath it has given me the chance to understand why people may he stressed and the impacts of emotional strain it opened my eyes to anxiety and other factors. The bottom line is "Always have peace of mind"
