Well laid out, simple to understand

This was a well laid out, simple to understand course which gave me plenty of food for thought especially given the situation we are currently in with COVID

Practical and concise.

The course successfully creates an awareness of mental health and the workings of the mind. It contains pointers to recognising negative thought patterns, and to changing them, over time, to thinking more positively.

Thankyou it was very interesting.

For some reason the video clip kept on freazing, so i had to go back to the beginning "perhaps it's my hand set . But over all i was pleased with 100% Thanks.

Really informative and detailed

The course explained in detail how to improve and manage mental health and encouraged people to seek support if needed. The time of the course was also important as it was not too long and not too short.
