Easy to follow and understand
This was good. Very interesting on how mental illnesses can effect you and your health on a daily routine. Being aware and spotting the signs that you or someone you know could be suffering, reading the signs is very important it could help save someone life.
Worthwhile course
I think this course is a must for everyone. We all will have an encounter with mental health issues at one point or another – even if only our own mental health and wellbeing. You owe it to yourself and others to take part in this course.
