A very useful course, especially under the current situation with Covid 19 restrictions and their affects on people. The course provides lots of useful advice and links of where to access further help, techniques and tools to take the first steps in helping you recognise and recover from mental health issues.

I thought the course was balanced .
I thought the course was very good. In one section you suggested that mindfulness was controlled or deliberate breathing. Having been a practicing Buddhist for over 40 years, I know something about Mindfulness. It is much more than deliberate breathing. In mindfulness of the breath we do not alter the breathing in any way at all we simply become conscious or aware of the sensations.
