good interesting information
I used some of the boxes to get further information , this was very informative. I am going to try some of the ideas to combat stress and depression. The course gave good practical ideas to try.
Was more common sense
The course was interesting but mostly common sense, the test was also very easy with most of the answers being obvious, didnt really need to think about it.

Really useful course with lots of helpful information provided, particularly the well being PDF. I've undertaken many mandatory organisational MH courses in the past, and this was one of the better ones.
