Opened my eyes

This was very interesting. I was sure it would be another course that would put me to sleep. I was glued to my screen from the start. It has gave me alot more confidence going forward to be able to talk openly about any problems. The belly breathing was amazing. That is something I will use going forward.

It was a good experience.

Very informative

Opened my mind a bit more about mental awareness also what to look for in friends other family members and indeed work colleagues. Also what support i could offer someone and calming measures.

Succinct and clear

The course was informative

Although this course was short, I felt it covered the main points about mental health and how to look after yourself to minimise mental illnesses. Also there are quite a few links provided in order to expand the knowledge further and find support services.

Excellent course

This course explains Mental Health very well and is so easy to understand and offer tools to help prevent it or help you if you are suffering with it.

Concise & informative with useful links

A concise and relatable course with relevant information which can be easily understood. The additional links contained some useful information.

Good content but a little bit simplistic

This course was informative but maybe a little bit simplistic. It would be beneficial to employees to recognise the outward behaviour of friends/family/colleagues and know how best to handle the situation if faced with it. Those that suffer with depression/anxiety and other mental health issues may appear standoffish, rude, dismissive of people, when that is not what mean at all. Sufferers may also be overly exuberant at times and that can be equally tough to deal with. Otherwise, this was a good course!

A good refresher

Covers key points and gets the message across
