Some great techniques to use, makes it more normal to not feel ok, helps give you the confidence that things can get better if you put the time and effort in.
I enjoyed this course and learned a lot
Mental Health has such a big stigma, I believe everyone at some point will have or know somebody with a mental illness. I found this course really helps you understand with the right help and support people can over come their illnesses. I will defiantly use some of these techniques going forward weather it for myself or others.

A concise, relateable and comprehendable summary of mental health in terms of the impact in the workplace. As someone who was diagnosed with GAD with depressive episodes in 2012, and has been subject to some negative reactions in the workplace, this training endeavouring to educate and normalise such conditions is much appreciated.

legnth and flow
having to go through the slides/videos the way they are presented is a real pain and stops the flow. felt it could have been half the time not the best course

Very good, especially in identifying behaviours and coping mechanisms you can use yourself and also in pointing out organisations, apps etc that you can look to if you need a bit more support.
