The training enhance your understanding

The training gave basic knowledge of the signs to look out for, if yourself or members of your family, work colleague is experiencing mental health. The training was clear and concise, not to much information. The training was excellent.

Alot of useful resources…

Good training supported with useful resources and links for further information. Visual presentation and I was able to use the transcript to read as I watched. Good strategies provided and how to write things down such as completing a Wellness Action Plan and writing 3 positive things daily. I gained 100% from the multi choice questions.

Mental health is important

Course helped create greater awareness to look after my mental health and not just accept difficult situations. The emphasis about talking about it actually being a sign of strength/courage and not weakness was a useful insight. Not an easy thing to do, so maybe we all need to be sensitive to how our friends and colleagues are coping and be able to offer a listening ear if necessary.

I really enjoyed doing the course, it was really informative and kept things simple. Mental health is extremely important especially during these Covid times when most people are working from home. Reminding people what to look out for and to keep positive thinking and support for colleagues, family and friends at the foremost of our minds is essential. Thank you
