A good course that covered all areas of mental health: common triggers, thought patterns, mental health problems etc. and the importance of identifying and improving poor mental health. The Wellbeing Toolkit offered some useful tips and tools for promoting good mental health.

A strong powerful course.

I have taken a lot from this course, there are things in my working day that I have no influence over but worry about them. The conditions that we are all going through this year has had a huge affect on me my own metal health has suffered and this course and content examples has made me think what I can do about certain situations are find my self in.
