Generally excellent.

I have suffered in the past from 'panic attacks' – psychosomatic breathlessness and disorientation – and severe anxiety compounded by the effects of prescribed anti-depressants plus alcohol misuse. The course reminded me that coping strategies can be learned. Of course, society expects white males with a good income to be able to cope alone, so it is good to see a more educated view as in your course.

It was good and helpful

This course was good and it has a lot of useful and interesting information to gain knowledge what I currently did not know ! keep up the hard work, the only difficulty I that was happening my videos on the course keeps freezing and on the exams but I pretty sure this is my Internet connection.

Easy listening and was an enjoyable watc

Lots of good videos, very easy to watch and take note of. I think ALL staff should have this on their on-line training 🙂

Really informative

Excellent course, highlights you are not alone and what you can do to help yourself and where to get help from others, very informative.

Very Informative

I found it very clear and easy to follow along. Additional resources throughout are also very helpful.

Good.

Well designed and informative course.

Quite informative

I feel it would be good on this type of course to warn people who may have recently suffered, but are in the process of recovering from, poor mental health due to stress, anxiety or loss that the middle section is likely to bring the difficulties they are facing into stark focus before they begin watching.
