Good on paper

Unfortunately alot of the advice given is only really relevant in an 'ideal world' Mental health, as pointed out in the video is a 'faceless' illness and will always be treated with little compassion in the average work place.

Very clear, no nonsense

This training was clear and precise and pitched I felt at the right level for a good awareness of mental health. Bringing mental health awareness to the workplace worked very well with some very useful additional material.

Judgemental. Inappropriate

I think this course needs reframing. It shouldn't address those that are experiencing mental health issues at the point of learning. More appropriate resource on how to support. The content suggests on multiple occasions that you have should control/self awareness and even implies that there is a duty to act. At the point of going through crisis it can be very unlikely, no matter how intelligent/ normally self aware, to even recognise the signs for what they are because you do not have full capacity, The flippant suggestion that you should just replace a positive with a negative thought and the quote from Jenny Finch 100% needs adjusting.

Fab course

Really enjoyed this course. Great insight into mental health awareness and great tips for using yourself or to help others

Very informative

The video's were informative but maybe to many. Could possibly condense them into less but longer

interesting and informative

this training highlighted a lot of different conditions that contribute to all walks of life having difficulties. it really made me look at myself and how i can improve when im inter acting with different people.

course was great fantastic videos.

Amazing training, really helpful i think many people will benefit from this sort of training in the workplace. I could relate to a lot throughout the slide shows and opened my eyes to dealing with things both inside and outside of work differently. Would highly recommend to push this programme out through workplaces and schools alike.
