A good tool
Unfortunately, I couldn't see the content of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Guide apart from the cover page. I got a question wrong at the end of the test and wanted to re-start, but it wouldn't let me and I received this confirmation of completing the course before I actually completed the test. The same happened a few days ago on a different training course.
Good course.
Course is set at a good pace, the ability to replay videos is useful.

This is a course I read twice
This course is another essential. I was so impressed that I read it twice and I shared information with friends and colleagues. Mental health is a delicate, yet very important for all of us and only by talking to each other we can manage to overcome any issue. Repeat, repeat, repeat!

Summarises well without being overwhelme
As someone who has experienced mental health issues I found this course to be concise, informative and helpful. It summarises lengthier, more in-depth CBT therapy I've had and gets the point across well, ie to identify, ask for help, learn to understand your behaviour & have tools available to help manage your mental health
