Does what it says on the tin
I so needed this and it is spot on for anyone who needs to recognise what mental illness is and how to get to mental wellness. The pace, the tone, the narrative are all spot on and the pace is good too. I would recommend this as an insight to recognising what mental health is and isn't, along with some real helpful tips on how to get the balance right. Sometimes we are too much human doings and we need to be more human beings! Thank you so much for this – just brilliantly simple and simply brilliant. Paul 🙂

Quite basic
I think the topic was excellent, understandable and organized throughout the course. To me it was quite basic. There may be a lot of people who need a course this basic, so I understand in a work context this is relevant. Live examples of how to talk about issues in the workplace would be nice. I'm very happy we have a course like this! I've never had one in the workplace before.
Builds awarness for all
This course was very informative and useful for those that are not aware of these issues. Its very important that everyone is made aware so people dont suffer in silence.

Informative and well presented
A well constructed presentation. Thought provoking points that made me sit up and question a lot of my feelings regarding myself, my family and fellow colleagues, especially in these unprecedented times. Good information to take in, use and share.
Excellent course, very worthwhile
A very worthwhile course that makes one think of how to deal with stress and everyday life to avoid problems in the future.
Nobody is perfect!
This course has taught me that not only do we have to look out for others, but that we must also be aware of our own mental health. Realistic goals, not impossible targets should be our aim, and don't be afraid to take time out to regain mental stability. A happy worker is a healthy worker.

I found this course very useful.
I had heard many of the terms used before but had not really understood them in depth. The supporting information available with most slides was particularly interesting. I allowed myself a couple of hours to do the course and think that made it more beneficial as I was able to recognise some of the symptoms described in myself and others.
