Very informative

This was a very useful, timely and informative training course about the importance of mental health and mental wellbeing and lots of handy tips and tricks on how to help look after your own mental health and wellbeing.

Really enjoyed the course

The course was full of great information regarding making you aware of mental health. Very good tips on how do deal with certain aspects of mental health and making you more confident to speak about mental health.

Very useful!

It covers loads of possible mental health issue and gives hints on how to look for the signs! Also, the breathing exercise is very useful! I highly recommend it to anyone.

It shows how mental illness can be triggered in many different ways, but also by using techniques it can help in your mental wellbeing and it can be used to control and eventually to have a healthy mind as well as a health body.
