An eye opener
It was good to learn more about the factors that leads to mental health and ways to mange it, prevent it or seek help.
Makes me think about my mental health
It provokes thought about my mental health and the health of those around me. I could see parallels in the information which explain behaviours and prompted me to ask my partner about their mental state.

Extremely useful
Reinforced a lot of the things I knew but also provided practical tools to deal with poor metal health. I particularly liked the Wellness Action Plan.
I enjoyed this course as I'm trained in

Love the way it broke down each issue 🙂
Love the way it broke down each issue 🙂 and explained in detail. Love that it promoted wellness and taking a break! Self care isnt selfish, i am so glad it covered this 🙂
A good course – lots of information
A well presented course. It did not condescend. The presenters did what they said they would do – present the course in a way that everyone can use, to talk about mental health in an open manner. There were lots of resources available, which sometimes took a long time to open. It would be good to have some kind of message like Please wait – Loading, or some thing like that. Helpful.
Very informative and concise
A really informative and well-structured course which explains well and in a concise way the stigma on mental health, common problems related to it, ways to cope with them (toolkit) and available external resources. The summaries at the end of each videos are very useful to highlight the main points to note. A range of interesting resources which one can explore in their own time to find out more are available next to certain videos or below the slides in "Resources" section (although not all which were mentioned during the videos seemed to be there). One thing, I'd add to the content would probably be mentioning the MHFAs during the main videos and legislation which requires employers to have duty of care in looking after their employees' well-being.
Helpful & clear
Really good course. I love the funky graphics and the quiz at the end!
