Very informative and helpful.
The only issue I had with the video's was that around 2-3 seconds in it would skip slightly and a few words or a sentence would be missed.

A good easy course to have knowledge of.Especially in today's modern world. Relates to everyone at some point through their lives.
Very CBT lead!
I found the course very CBT lead which can often be just a quick fix for mental health. Meaning the underlining problems not being addressed. However I did feel it was a great course for people with no experience of mental health.
