Easy to understand…..
information is described well and images/videos are helpful but I did find the whole thing very boring. Not sure you can make manual handling any more interesting?!

Very simple, informative and also very easy to understand. The explanations are not only clear but make very good sense too. I felt well informed and ready to lift safely right away!
I started the course thinking it would overload me with things I will very easily forget instead, it was loaded with very easy things to remember and put into practice right away carl
