Very good and productive

It helped me think about things or movements that were possibly straining me, and explain how to help

The actual course is fine however the way the videos worked annoyed me. – The subtitles needed to be turned on for every video separately – even though it says that it is on in the settings. – After finishing a video, if you want to go back to review a part, you have to watch the entire video through again from start to finish. You cannot skip to the part you want to review, and you cannot continue onto the next video when you have reviewed the part you were interested in. This wastes time. – Related to this, if you want to go back to review an earlier video in the course after you have watched the whole course, you then need to watch all videos from that point in entirety again in order to proceed. Once you have watched it once it should cache that you have watched it to avoid this.
