Good, clear training
The best manual handling video I've seen (and I used to deliver the training!) Very clear and non-patronising. I like the way it frequently referred to manual handling tasks at home as well as in the work place and the emphasis was very much on wellbeing rather than 'these are the rules'.
A very easy to use course
Very easy to use and clear explanations of the subject matter. my only critism is the ability not to be able to change your mind before actually submitting the answer in the test. I did click one answer in error but coudnt rectify it before moving on. I realise I could have retaken the test to acheive a higher percentage, but chose to accept the result. Good way of delivering the information and assessment.
