A well presented reminder
I found this to be a good reminder for safe practices. My only criticism would be the slides where the actor is balancing and lifting with their feet, these detract from the message rather than enhance it.

I really enjoyed the course. It was very efficient and effective. It gave me a good insight and technique when dealing with manual handling on a day to day basis!

My error was caused by a misunderstanding of the A option.
Excellent downloadable resources
This course was very good. If it had any flaws it was that it went into too much detail. I particularly enjoyed the downloadable resources and will be keeping them for future reference
