Very easy to learn and understand

Informative interesting and easy to learn

Informative and easy to follow

I would have liked to see the task completed on the video to lift a load down from height. The video showed that you could get another person to help or use another surface at waist height to set the load down on. It didn't show how the load would be carried down or set down. Would the carrier bring the load down the ladder by walking backwards, right to the bottom. Then turn using their feet, before placing the load down. Or would they use their waist to turn and lift the load, then turn the other way to pass the load to another person or place the load down on another surface? Bearing in mind that there is not enough room to use your feet to turn when up a ladder.

Very helpful

Great course and very engaging content

A short but effective course. I would recommend for anyone who lifts heavy or misshapen objects either as hobby or for a living. Will ensure all my companions, staff and volunteers have access to this excellent course

Best thing I ever did

During my time in lockdown and given the opportunity to do so many courses I thought that there was a good opportunity and to put on my CV that I could do many courses as I was giving them m.i. am so happy that I done this course and passed I recommend this to anyone don't wait go ahead and do it.
