The training was concise and informative reinforcing correct methods of Manual Handling which we can forget to apply over time and slip into bad habits.

i thought the course was good, but for me i did not enjoy the small subsections Id prefer a course that flowed without the constant stops

The course seemed to be aimed at office/warehouse staff in a clean and tidy environment. What about a 2 person lift when the only option is for one person to walk backwards or a two person lift onto a shelf which are everyday events. The course needs to advise good practice in difficult environments.

Simple effective and a wealth of knowledge packed in without being boring or too lengthy.
