Interesting
I found it interesting. I love learning (I wound learn everything if i could). Even though I new most it from other jobs I still found the information about the spine and how they work interesting.

Provides a great understanding of how your body works in terms of safely carrying out tasks at work and at home. The team lift maths was particularly interesting.
