Thorough and informative
Good section on how backs work and how they can be injured. Goes into much more detail than any other manual handling training I have received.

Too long, repetitive and fragmented
There is some very useful information provided by this course but it is so fragmented and repetitive that you lose interest and just want to get through it.

Good video presentations. I like the fact that one could watch the videos more than once and that after each video there was a typed summary of all the key points.
