very good
I am now aware of the things that you forget in every day tasks and will be using this more as i haven't done for a while
Very long
This course was too long and detailed. This would not have been a problem per se if supply cover was provided in school to allow for staff to go to training but expecting the training to be done alongside a job is very stressful.
Very informative
a very good course reminds me of good practice
Good reminder.
Always good to refresh your memory. On a daily basis we carry out a variety of tasks involving lifting and moving items without actually thinking. At times we are guilty of taking short cuts and when we do we can injure ourselves. Sometimes we don’t take the time to fully assess the situation. Remember to use an aid if one is available and don’t be embarrassed to ask for help when required.
Clear, concise information and guidance
A clear and concise guide on Manual Handling, including a basic understanding of issues that may lead to muscular-skeletal disorders. Easy to follow, with thoughtful questioning which keeps you engaged in the course.

Excellent course
Excellent and easy to follow course. I was able to pause the course when the phone rang and commence again when I was ready. Easy helpful points to remember. The sub titles are an added bonus to the course.
