Although some of it was obvious and common sense (as the course acknowledged) it was good to go through all the steps for personal safety.
Well paced course. I liked the in-built break periods. Information was communicated clearly and effectively.

boring and I struggled to concentrate and keep attention
percenter lack facial expression and tones to keep me engaged.
The course makes us aware of the risks and potential dangers of working alone.
The course encouraged me to review my employers' health and safety policy and any other documents relevant to me as a lone worker.
