Enjoyed it, good to refresh on subjects we don't always think about day to day until we come to dealing with them

Content fine but way too long would have been better as smaller shorter separate sections – easier to fit into working day

A little long on mental health and well-being but nice to see EDI and unconscious bias in there too.

I don't think I actually learned anything new, common sense really. Questions really easy and overall not a lot of value gained.

Well presented and laid-out

Would help if the course was slip into smaller portions as it is difficult to commit to 1 hour at a time to do this.
