Covers a lot of information and its interesting.
Very Informative
This course was very informative and I found the content fascinating especially the mental health section. However, at times it did feel to be very long and dragged out somewhat. The only I did not like was when I clicked the additional content when coming out of the pop up window it restarted the previous chapter so it was a bit confusing at times which is why I gave 4 stars. Other than that a very good course.

Good course providing overview
This was an informative course that provided an over view of a number of issues. There was duplication with other training modules that query whether the courses are as efficient as possible.
Makes you think about yourself and others
Its a good refresher, and reminder of the things to be aware of in life generally. Not just at work.
