Mostly common sense stuff but always good to have it reiterated. The 'Signs' section was very informative.

I realy enjoyed doing this as it helped me to understand more about safety and it was very useful

Was a very good day was impressed to how much it had to offer was better than expected!

Common sense most of it…. dragged on for to long became bored before the end… pretty tedious

Informative but unnecessarily graphic. Simulated sounds of bones snapping, graphic displays of injury with no prior warnings.
