Good for new employees and apprentices. For time served personnel, not a value added use of employment time.

I took the course early. But now the renewal for next year is at the date I passed the course on. Why cannot this be the same as a car MOT? If I take the course early then ( within a month of expiry ) I can keep the expiry date as the first course next year. ( Currently I only got just over 11 months) on the last certificate. I have no incentive to take the remaining course earlier than their expiry date. It is a basic course, I am a time served technician and found the course no more than a reminder. May I suggest, for those who already have a valid in date certificate the option to go directly to the test at the end? There was no new information since last years presentation. Sorry to say, but basically this course was for me a 35 minute waste of time.

Covers a bit of everything

A good course with just enough on every aspect using a mix of media to keep it reasonably interesting. Only thing I would add is a brief warning just before showing the slightly gruesome images of injuries.

Well presented & easy to follow.

Enjoyable way to learn what is important information.

Great

Clear and Concise

It was explained clearly and the test was not made to catch you out

Straight forward

This wasn't too overwhelming as everything was spaced out really well and all the people there were really nice.
