This course was very easy to follow. Each slide was clear and informative and covered all areas required. It was also easy to go back to a previous slide if unsure of anything. Very happy with this service.
The course was very comprehensive.
The finer details were needed together with common sense.

Clear, concise and informative.
A well-structured, largely jargon-free course which I found to be informative, relevant, and not a little challenging – definitely to be treated with respect! The information was presented clearly and precisely throughout, with an excellent summary at the end of each section. Being able to either pause, stop, or replay in places enabled me to fully take in the content, (of which there was a lot!), and I found it essential to take notes throughout which I will keep and refer to whenever necessary. Very pleased to have passed – although I'm still kicking myself for getting one question wrong!
