Presenter spoke clearly and used appropriate language to the topic. Examples used to illustrate the various points helpful and relatable. The slide illustrations and summaries were helpful.

This subject needs to be split into more manageable sections. By the end of the training course there is a tendency to have forgotten the last 40 minutes of information.

Clear presentation of detailed material
GDPR is a potentially complex subject but this was presented in a clear, accessible way with one presenter and easy to follow visual aids. There was the facility to see a section again if necessary. All the questions in the final assessment required answers that had been provided in the training.
