Lots of time needed to complete course
I was doing the test and had answered all the questions correctly apart from the last one. When I tried to refer back to the information provided to see where I had gone wrong, I lost the possibility to access my certificate and was taken to the beginning of the course once again, which made me think the system hadn't registered I'd finish. I had to listen to the information all over again only to find out at the end that the training course had been completed…
