I did the trial version so am not sure if the final version will be exactly the same. I would suggest creating a tab containing all the external resources and documents, so they are easily accessible and contain a short summary explaining its significance. In fact, I am thinking that a summary of the main points of the course could be laid out on a one-pager for ease of reference and so people are clear about their duties.
