Easy to follow and modern course content
Easy to follow and up to date course. Clear simple explanations with appropriate graphics and broken into sections that allow the course to be stopped and tarted at intervals to fit with a working day. The timings stated on each section are reasonably accurate. A good refresher.
Clear and concise presentation.
Well presented with a clear and logical progression through the various stages. Enjoyed the test at the end and the interactive elements too.

The essential knowledge you need
This short training course has taught me a lot which I find useful to know outside the workplace as well as in the workplace. Really useful guidance, especially on how to stay safe when you cannot escape and when and how to tackle a fire.
