Easy to follow. Clear Information
The course was informative and was a good refresher for anyone who has the position of a Fire Warden within a business. Good information on how a fire starts and what causes a fire. The course gave details on what to do in the case of a fire emergency and what the responsibilities are for the Responsible Person and the Fire Warden. It also reinforced the use of the different types of fire extinguisher and the conditions where they each should be used.

Enjoyed this course as it combines the elements I favour the most: common sense + facts + technical details.

The information was broken down into manageable chunks presented in a clear and informative way, the use of video and images highlighted key aspects of fire safety n the workplace using real-life examples, the questions throughout ensured information was retained.
