Really glad I did the training course, learnt things I didn't know and will go to work tomorrow and look for signage and discuss fire drills with my colleagues.

The Fire warden course was very supportive and use full with vital content, I think the best part of the training was proactive and reactive duties. The methodology and pedagogy was quiet brilliant . I will try to transfer the knowledge to my staff in the Night shelter.

Informative, well presented, clear and interesting. The presenter was very good. It was entertaining as used scenarios on what to do and what not to do!
