Very concise and easy to understand
The course was easy to follow and understand, and it stuck to the point. So my interest was held throughout the course.

The Fire Warden training was explained well by both trainers.
Seems to lack the personal touch
Whilst you have the opportunity to take the time with this course on-line, it seems to somewhat lack the personal touch where you are speaking directly with the tutor. Still very much enjoyed doing the course though.
Interesting and clear
Good range of different training aspects not just slides, which kept it interesting. Very clear on main points and presented in the helpful way. Instructor was very personable and easy to follow
