lagging to connect to each video
good clear course. suggestions for improvements would be to have automatic opening of each video after one ends without having to click next and play each time. sometimes the next button didn't respond straight away and also some lag to play each video – this may however be a local internet issue

I found the course easy to use, the sections were kept brief & to the point ending with a summary box. One of the best online courses I have completed.

A well presented, clear and concise summary of my responsibilities as Fire Warden.

I found this training was presented and easy to understand. The presentation cut down into small sections made it easier to make notes and to take in what was being said.
Clear Concise Informative
A very good course with easy to follow tuition. Made more interesting with videos and graphics to enhance the instruction. Would certainly recommend.
