Easy and simple to follow
Course is in easy bite size chunks, and is very easy and straightforward. Very worthwhile course
Over complicated
The is an example of taking problems in the workplace and overcomplicating the training with too many variants and unrequired pigeon holes. There was many contradicting areas in this training that showed in the questions. I eventually lost interest in this section if I'm honest.
