Excellent course
A good course to have a better awareness and knowledge in the workplace/environment for employers employees and customers so everyone is treated fairly without any discrimination and treated equally that is a must! Also maintaining code of conduct will prevent legal proceedings against either party Protection for all Glad to have taken part and have learnt some things that I wasn't aware of This will certainly make me more aware and make me reflect on myself more Thankyou

Quite good.
I'm a trade union equality rep and I have done a lot of EDI training over the years. I really liked this one and found it to be very good. I wonder if you would consider having an Easy Read version of all your courses?
A bit long and verbose to do annually
Good, a bit long and verbose to do annually, when you might have three or four other mandatory modules to do. One ironic issue. One slide 4 we are asked to consider what is the most in important thing that matters in your life, and then it gives examples of the sort of things that might be. For millions of people that would be their faith/God/Jesus/Buddha etc, but faith/religion wasn't cited as an example. As a practicing Christian, I immediately felt in a way excluded by the course authors, that they didn't really get a sizeable proportion of their audience in respect of the very subject matter they were writing about. For me it tainted all other mention of religion in the course with a hint of lip service.
Essential course for all MOLA employees
EDI – Must have course for MOLA employees РPlease can we include this as part of induction or as early as possible. We recently held an EMBED review of EDI at MOLA Good supplementary materials. If you click on supplementary links, it sometimes logs you out of course and you have to go back and log in again. Breaks scheduled into training – good. Total course time is 60 minutes but subject requires some thought and reflection. As HR professionals it is familiar territory but for others a significant part of course will be new information. A slip of the finger meant I submitted an incorrect answer on a subject matter I knew the answer to – I didn’t review the subject content because of this and so wasn’t presented with the question again. This led to a 95% score instead of 100%. This was frustrating as would have liked the opportunity to retake and correct. This is a personal nig
