Training was accessible & interspersed with short & informative videos. Although covering a range of themes it was designed to allow for leaving & returning to fit around one's work pattern. In addition there was additional resources & signposts to training & legislation.

Really useful and informative
I found this course really useful as it provides great ways to connect as a mentor and coach. Although some suggestions are common sense there are others that are inspiring – instead of hiding your mistakes be more transparent. Thank you,

clear, engaging
Having it broken down into sections/short videos made it seem more engaging. Clear presenters, might have been good to see real videos of fire extinguishers though
