A good reminder of things that I should be doing, but don't always remember
The course is easy to follow and well paced. Having two presenters helps to maintain interest. It served as a good refresher and reminds me to maintain good practices. I think it is important to regularly repeat this training as bad habits always creep back.

A new concept in a familiar area
I had not come across the Fire Tetrahedron before so that was an interesting concept
