Informative Course
This course was highly informative and helped me to set my desk, chair in the correct way. It showed me the proper seating position for posture. The course helped me to understand that not having equipment in the proper places could cause stress. Very well presented.
Skip/fast forward
You need to be able to skip through the videos or watch them on x2 speed. The training is very basic and covers things that are common knowledge.
