Yeah, I found it a helpful reminder. I wouldn't think about it if I didn't "have to". I never would myself. But when I have to do it, I realise the value.

It was nice to see the company takes our wellbeing into consideration and the way the course was built has enable me to learn without feeling stress out or overbearing- in other words the course was broken down in smaller areas which makes it easier to digest.
