A really easy course to watch and understand. It was clear, practical, and kept my attention throughout. A genuinely enjoyable and useful piece of training.
Very good
The course is well balanced, providing best practice solutions to poor posture alongside physical stretching exercises to help with tension before discomfort and tiredness set in. If followed, it provides excellent support and can stave off problems.
