A boring way to present common sense
If you have a spare 34 minutes and no aspirations to achieve something in that time, this is the course for you! Enjoy a diversity tick box exercise of soulless drones patronise and talk down to you at a level toddlers would be offended by. Truly, we are all doomed if this is considered 'educational'. The faster an asteroid takes us all out the better.
easy, informative, and straight forward
Really informative, definitely made me aware that I do not always have the best posture etc.
Informative and each section is explained in a way that is easy to understand and relate to your own set up and role
Also like the quiz questions throughout the training and then the final quiz at the end. Good presenters and videos to explain each section too.

Useful and clear
I liked the course, it was really nice and clear – but it would have been useful to have the extra tips for people with disabilities in a form of a video as well rather than only in text. It can still be optional but to have some visuals for posture, stretching and movement in a chair/wheelchair/bed would be useful. Thank you!
Great course, really enjoyed it.
This is a topic that's often underestimated. Although I am in my mid twenties I've already started developing certain RSIs due to bad posture and stress. My chair at my home office is very bad and causes me injuries and I often work off the laptop screen giving myself neck pain. Thank you for this course I will try to improve my workstation and physical health.
Good that it includes info regarding phones and tablets
An up to date and fresh look at DSE, including portable technologies.
Helpful course. Sitting up straighter already,
Probably even more useful now we work at home so regularly.
It was a good video which explained clearly what need doing.
