Great presentation

Great presentation with some very good tips. The course explained some of the reasons I have aches and pains that I have sometimes when I have been sat at my desk on a busy day. I found the stretches exercises a great way to release the stiffness while not taking too much time to complete

Things we take mostly for granted but this training is reminds me on the importance of taking care of ourselves

We offer take these things for granted, things like maintain a good posture, comfortable working conditions, ensuring taking proper breaks in between work, and this training help to remind me. Offen, we forgot and we end up suffering from backaches and neckaches. its common sense which is not really common sense as not many will remember or practice it , this training stresses and reminds me of the importance , Thank your

Good. Clear and sensible.

Made me assess the height of my screens, chair and position of my mouse. Made me address my posture and see the value of regular short breaks and movement away from the screen.
