Mostly common sense but learn a few things
The first time I did the training I found it useful even though a lot is common sense, however, this is the 3rd time I have been asked to do this in 6 years and I do not think I could get any more from it.

Too much stating the obvious
This course is patronising. To add insult to injury I wasted my time having to listen to everything twice as a glitch in the software said that i had not completed all the sections- when i had!
Good course but would like more control over settings
I liked this course, particularly how it included standing desks, multiple monitors and portable devices. I would have liked to be able to speed up the videos, as watching them on a faster speed can make it easier for me to concentrate.
