Needs updating.

So this is an ever changing course as peoples thoughts and feelings and regulations continuously adapt, but the video and has clearly been altered so much it's distracting. In particular the gentleman hair length and the need for 2 presenters. I would suggest start it again and completely update it once more.

Very informative

this course is hight informative and offers valuable insights.

The course proved to be highly beneficial in enhancing the understanding of others need.

Bland course full of stereotypes e.g white manager making fun of a person of colours' bisexual brother.

The course makes broad claims (e.g., “everyone has bias”) without referencing credible research or psychological theory. The 20 MCQ's don't really challenge. Some of the choices are so obviously wrong, that nobody would really consider them. You need to include more nuanced alternatives.

Boring and dry.

The training was awful. The guy doing the talking had about 4 different haircuts, which for a neurodiverse person is a MASSIVE trigger.

Very important

This is very important training so we know that everybody should be treated as equals, while understanding that everyone has different needs.
