Informative

It’s long with a lot of information to take in.

It was very informative and covered all aspects of EDI. I particularly liked the examples of situations to illustrate how real life workplaces can be less than ideal and the section on practical improvements and positive action were really helpful.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND

Very good introduction but could be more specific

This gave an excellent introduction and facilitated a broad understanding. But for those of us working as volunteers in an outdoor environment with service users rather than as employees in an office it would have been helpful to represent a broader range of scenarios.

mostly clear and comprehensive, engaging

mostly clear and comprehensive, engaging. some more detail about protected characteristics may have been helpful and which ones are and are not legally protected and in what situations

Content ok but test is mixed

Content is ok, if a bit slow. The test is mixed. Some questions do test understanding of the topic meaningfully, but others fall into the trap of so many training tests by focusing on definitions. For the typical employee, we don't need to know if something is 'harassment', 'bullying' or 'victimisation' according to a legal definition – it's more important that we know how to spot all of those bad behaviours and what to do about them

Learned from these course.

Thank you verry much.
