Still unclear
Why should we focus on what an employee can do, when we are trying to identify the adjustments needed to help with the things they cannot do?
It was informative
The content was good but the structure of some questions was quite tricky to understand. I appreciated the prompts to take a break.
Very informative –

Very thorough course, well presented.
I do find the section on "trans-sex" is up to date with current legislation/ court rulings.
An important and thought provoking course.
The course was really informative and beneficial to myself highlighting many social and employment based issues which will require more thought and sensitivity going forward.
Very detailed course
Whilst it is very detailed, i think it is too detailed on the different types of EDI for a general user in the workplace – this is maybe more relevant for HR or team leader. I understood it, but question if I need to understand if the activity is passive or active to call out the activity and raise concern with others.
very informative
will recommand to all

Too much information
I am a minion. This course includes a lot of information which employers and VIPs should know but not me.
Incredibly political and ideology driven
This is wrongly enforces an ideology and opinions onto people carrying out the training even if you do not agree with it. I lied throughout to get the pass mark, its all ridiculous
