Inclusive, clear and practical
This course is an excellent overview of EDI. I found it easy to follow, clear and accurate. Given that sometimes these discussions can devolve into further polarisation, I thought that these complex topics were handled carefully and thoughtfully. I especially appreciated the sections on the protected characteristics, including on the inclusivity of trans, non-binary and intersex colleagues in the workplace. Now, more than ever, we need training like this, which is grounded in active inclusivity and legal awareness. I am grateful to have received this training.
Done the Annual course, however if that is Naga Munchetty on the video (very alike) it needs changing as she is being investigated for all the things you are trying to pass om
