I enjoyed the training, the delivery style was engaging.
I enjoyed the training delivery style, the trainer spoke in an engaging way and I didn't find them patronising. The graphics, the questions during the training and the real-life examples were all particularly engaging for me. This training covered areas I had not had training in before, so that may have led to me feeling more engaged.

Effective Learning
I would like to commend the delivery of this first aid course. The training was highly informative, engaging, and well-structured. The instructor demonstrated excellent knowledge and ensured all participants felt confident in applying life-saving techniques. I now feel much better prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations
