A Disagreement in the Advice

Early on when it said customers hold a stake in a business and there are internal and external customers, that is wrong. People who hold an interest in the business are 'stakeholders', customers are one of many stakeholders. A delivery driver is not a 'customer' they are a 'stakeholder'.

A basic customer service course

This is a basic introduction to customer service. Those who have a talent for it will find that they already naturally adhere to most of the advice. It's mostly common sense.

The test used very small size print this made it difficult to read.
