Courses can be boring to do and draining, Try make it more interactive so that you can learn easier

Very clear with good tips and techniques to help resolve conflicts. Made me think of one positive and one negative outcome in the past and how I could have handled better with my approach, words and body language.

Training was well paced and good use of breaking each section down into bitesize chunks with some interaction from the user.

It opened my mind to how I need to be much more awre of this situation in the working environment.

I really enjoyed the course. I feel it highlights conflict can be all consuming. It also is quite thought provoking as it makes you consider how personally I deal with conflict within my team and also the tips of how to manage conflict myself.
