I think it was good broken down into separate topics and to stress that conflict is common and that some aspects of resolution are more difficult than you would think particularly listening and not interrupting especially listening intently.Like many think doing a course is one thing, applying it successfully another but you have to start somewhere and a course is a good starter .

Clear kind communication, the world would be in a lot better place if everyone could understand and put into practice the teachings of this training. Great training for all our interactions in life, both personal and professional
